Dora Somosi's photography practice grew out of hikes with her youngest daughter, in the face

of personal health difficulties; looking to nature as an appreciation of things larger than our

individual selves. She began to work with the imagery, transforming it, to express the

reverence and positivity that nature offered during a difficult time. This practice has grown into

a space for learning and research, with emphasis on the conservation of our natural world.

Domosi seeks to translate and communicate this awe and enjoyment for others to enjoy.

Handmade steel and aluminum

Bear Mountain Metal Art is based out of Fort Collins Colorado and operated by artist Bobby

Singleton. Artwork is created by freehand drawing the design out on sheets of cold rolled steel

and aluminum, then using a hand held plasma cutter to cut out the design for the piece. Next

Bobby grinds pattern into the aluminum to add texture and depth. The end result is a one-of-akind

piece. Bobby draws his inspiration from the wildlife around him and his many years of

exploring Colorado’s backcountry along with international travel. Every piece is uniquely

created by hand start to finish.
