Layers of lines and color over graphite evoke forces of nature and fluid timelines, countless things happening at once. While adjusting colors and adding marks to these paintings, I reflect on memories, imaginings and ideas. I might revisit conversations, consider a recent walk in the woods, or wonder about the coming months. These personal elements merge with visual and material concerns to generate this work.
